Can I place an order if there is no stock and what is the estimated delivery time?
Yes, you can contact us to place an order. Our products are blended in New Zealand from local and imported components so this could take up to 14 days.

Can I return or exchange?
Our undergarments come with a protective strip and can also be tried on top of existing loose underwear. If the garment is the wrong size or defected, we can provide an exchange. If the garment/s have their tags, protective strip and our branded original packaging, we will accept an exchange. Please read our policies for further information.
